Sydney's Mt Wilga Private Hospital has been recognised at the 2024 Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Local Business Awards.
The 112-room private rehabilitation hospital and day therapy centre took home the Health Improvement Services category ahead of 14 other finalists.
Mt Wilga Private CEO Lorrie Mohsen said the win was a testament to the "wonderful team" at the Ramsay Health Care facility, based on the Upper North Shore.
"This award is a reflection of the dedication and hard work of everyone at Mt Wilga Private Hospital," she said.
"Healthcare is a tough career, made even more difficult in recent years during the pandemic.
"I am so proud and thankful for the amazing team we have here, who go above and beyond each and every day for our patients, and the local community."
The first round of the local awards was voted on by the public, and finalists were then judged against a specific criteria by a panel of experts.
Mt Wilma Private Hospital was a finalist in the same category in 2017, 2018 and 2023, and won it in 2016.
